Travel Form

The Commission on Public Elementary and Middle Schools reimburses its volunteers for mileage accrued during the performance of Commission business. The mileage rate is equal to that set by the Federal government. Volunteers should fill out the travel form and return it and appropriate receipts to the Commission office.
