Annual Information Report

In September of each school year, member schools are required to submit an Annual School Update, the form for which is mailed to the school in late summer. The report primarily serves to inform the Commission’s database, but it also provides the school with an opportunity to report any substantive changes to the Commission (see Substantive Change Report).
 
To enhance the Commission’s awareness of exemplary programs, there is also an opportunity on the Annual School Update for the school to identify excellent programs and processes, unique events and/or awards and achievements.
 
The Annual School Update also provides a place for school principals to
nominate members of their faculty to serve on peer review teams for the Commission. The Commission encourages principals to assist the Commission by nominating good educators who value the accreditation process and who are willing to foster school improvement with their experience and expertise.
