Steering Committee Presentation

Before the self study process is initiated, it is incumbent on the school to appoint or elect a Steering Committee made up of members of the faculty. The Steering Committee is the group responsible for getting the school from the beginning to the end of the process. The principal is an ex officio member of the Steering Committee, but teachers should assume the positions of chair or co-chair. Once the committee is formed, a Commission staff member will go to the school to conduct an orientation and training.   The Power Point presentation used is found here.
