Policy Handbook

The policy manual of the Commission on Public Elementary and Middle Schools has been developed to codify the policies and procedures of the Commission itself as well as its responsibilities to the member schools. Commission policies play a strategic role in the day to day management of Commission plans, rules and expectations as well as identifying the roles and tasks of the elected representatives of the membership.
